How You Succeed

  • Able to identify and target high-value individuals who have the potential to become our esteemed private clients.
  • Attract and convert these prospects into our Premier Private Clients (PPC) by showcasing the unique benefits and personalized services we offer.

What You Do

  • Responsible for the acquisition of new-to-bank (NTB) premier private clients.
  • Prospect, identify and cross sell the OCBC Premier Private Client value proposition to target segment.
  • Present value proposition to target audience through collaboration with internal business partners to achieve mutual business goals.
  • Manage working relationship with campaign team and product partners.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities to contribute to the organization's success and revenue generation.
  • Organize acquisition activities to generate new sources of leads and new business.
  • Conduct all required KYC, AML procedures and documentation.
  • Meet the compliance and control standards set in the end-to-end onboarding process.

Qualifications

Who You Are

  • Min. 3 years of excellent acquisition sales or business development experience in the high-net worth space.
  • Strong new relationship building skills, with a strategic approach to prospecting, networking, and building relationships with affluent individuals.
  • Able to anticipate client requests/needs and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Has a sharp business development focus and is highly driven and positively motivated.
  • Possesses strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Polished and mature to handle the affluent market segment.
