Responsibilities

1. Drive strategic projects with stakeholders to enhance transaction monitoring capabilities/efficiency through technology and analytics.
2. Work on process improvements/oversight among regional Surveillance Operations teams.
3. Work closely with different stakeholders (e.g. Business Units, FCSS, Platform, Technology and Surveillance Ops) to drive solutions across regional locations.
4. Able to manage stakeholders' expectations in ambiguous and dynamic situations.

Requirements

1. Degree in related field.
2. Relevant compliance, risk management or operations experience.
3. Strong project management skills.
4. Experience with project-related work, proficient in Excel, PowerPoint.
5. Have an eye for detail and good analytical, communication and written skills.
6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and resourceful.
