Are you a passionate storyteller experienced in writing speeches and driving internal communications campaigns?
We're seeking a self-motivated and collaborative Assistant Vice President to join our Group Corporate Communications team, reporting to the Group Head of Corporate Communications.
In this role, you'll oversee internal communication channels and drive content development, collaborating closely with the team and colleagues across the organisation to create compelling content that propels our key narratives and initiatives. You will also support internal communications efforts of our annual Group townhall and other key events and assist executive leadership in crafting impactful and consistent messages for various channels to inspire and inform employees.
As the communications business partner to our Group Engineering Centre, Group Technology Office and key corporate functions, you will provide counsel on communications activities; drive internal and external communications for key tech & innovation initiatives; upkeep innovation-related factoids; as well as manage and contribute tech & innovation stories for various channels.
As an integral member of the Group Corporate Communications team, you will champion or lead the internal communications practice area for the Group and support the function in capability building and training of best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will have to use your skills, experiences and understanding in all aspects of communications, speechwriting, digital media, video production and storytelling, while maintaining alignment with the Group's messaging and objectives. Your ability to write, produce and convey key messages in various content formats that resonate with diverse audience segments and drive readership/views will be crucial. In addition, having a strong interest in technology and innovation will also equip you to develop meaningful stories that strengthen employees’ knowledge of our key strategies and achievements.

Key requirements:
Education, experience, training: University degree with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a large, global and matrix B2B organisation. Experience in a public relations agency is an advantage.
