AVP Compliance, Asset Management

A leading asset management firm is looking to hire AVP Compliance Singapore to report to the APAC Compliance Head. You will be responsible for the following:

1. Conducting investigations into employee misconduct matters, whistleblowing, and alleged violations of policies.
2. Managing the relationship with local regulatory bodies and auditors.
3. Overseeing staff personal dealing in financial instruments.
4. Addressing staff conflict of interest situations.
5. Providing compliance opinion/risk assessment on KYC files and PEP/Sanctions alerts requiring intervention.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 10 years of work experience in the financial services industry. Asset management experience is preferred.
