About the Department

Our team comprises five teams of specialists with distinct capabilities: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance and planning support and services. We work closely together to harness the power of technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations. This includes developing, centralizing and standardizing technology systems as well as banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure. You will use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and scripting languages to automate and manage our cloud resources. You will also work with CI/CD pipelines, utilizing Bitbucket and Jenkins, to ensure efficient and secure deployment processes. Additionally, you will play a key role in infrastructure governance and security, collaborating with various stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business objectives.

Job Requirements

Key requirements for this role includes but not limited to the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role in a financial services environment.
• Proficiency in AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong experience with IaC tools, particularly Terraform.
• Experience developing and maintaining scripts written in Bash and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Bitbucket and Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline management.
• Knowledge of networking and firewall configurations in cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated experience in cloud infrastructure governance and security.
• Ability to effectively liaise with key stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with financial services regulatory requirements and standards.
