Job Purpose: The Future of Work program is DBS strategic transformational initiative in delivering superior employee experience. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the transformation group team in refining and building employee journey in a collaborative digital workplace, providing a platform of software and services to support collective intelligence of the Bank’s staff to work collaboratively. At all times, we seek to be the cornerstone supporting communication, collaboration and decision making as well as enabling an agile workforce working anywhere-anytime.
Responsibilities:
Manage DBS key employee apps (e.g. Intranet) for bankwide rollout, ensuring no noise implementation of new initiatives and enhanced features.
Oversee scope delivery within scope, led testing work stream collaborate effectively with business analyst, design and development team.
Ensure coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope.
A go-to person and work closely with senior stakeholders, technology leaders, Country COOs and Platform leads to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
Take-charge of all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, measurable success metrics, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
Understand the voice of employee and partner with internal stakeholders to co-own the 4D (Discover, Define, Develop, Deliver) employee journey.
Exceptionally creative, obsessed and passionate about pioneering new initiatives that delight employees and enhance their experience at work.
Continuously evaluate and identify innovative ways to streamline policies and processes.
Design for data using 4A (Ask, Acquire, Analyse, Act) framework in driving data-driven experiments, recommendation and decisions.
Engage relevant stakeholders for change management and communication efforts so as to ensure the sustainability of new product and processes.
Deliver dynamic, motivational and engaging presentation/platform skills for stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree with at least 4 years of experience in project delivery.
Proficiency skill in Agile delivery methodology, Microsoft Office tools.
Technical proficiency problem solving/analysis and ability to manage diverse groups of stakeholders.
Detail oriented, confident, self-starter with exceptional organisational skills.
Conflict management skills with ability to work under pressure.
Excellent facilitation, presentation and written communication skills.
Flexibility and resilience in responding to multiple changing priorities.
