Key Responsibilities

1. Advising on aircraft financing, leasing, and restructuring transactions
2. Drafting and negotiating complex finance documents
3. Supporting clients on regulatory and commercial matters
4. Working collaboratively with a global team on multi-jurisdictional deals

Requirements

1. 1-2 PQE with experience in asset or aviation finance
2. Common Law qualification (UK, Australia, New Zealand, or similar)
3. Strong technical and drafting skills
4. Experience in a top-tier law firm is preferred
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
