Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for your own Asia Pacific Aviation Customers Portfolio (Airlines & MRO)
  • Respond to Customers queries in a timely and accurate way via email or phone/chat
  • Issue and follow up Quotation / Purchase Order / Repair Order / Invoices / Credit notes / Delivery Note / CofC and any related documents to the sales
  • Identify Customer needs and help Customers use specific features
  • Maintain & Develop the relationship with your Customers Portfolio
  • Respond time to time to walk in customer for retail products
  • Maintain proper filing and safekeeping of documents (PO / Invoices/ Etc)
  • Liaise and work closely with all departments

Requirements:

  • Prior work Experiences in Customer & Sales Support by Email/Phone/Chat
  • Prior work Experience in Aviation/Aerospace industry
  • Possessed high level of initiative to get things done efficiently and logically
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to handling multiple tasks and work independently
  • Good team player with strong communication, listening and organisational skills
  • You will be working together with a dynamic team as well as independently
  • Experience with MURHO Inventory Management system is a plus

  • Working location: Seletar Aerospace Park
  • Working days: Monday to Friday (09.00AM to 05.30PM)
