Work closely with manufacturers and Engineers to implement and service audio visual and video conferencing solutions in accordance with the company’s standards and best practices to meet customer’s requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
System configuration, testing, and commissioning of integrated audio visual and videoconferencing solutions.
Conduct end user training on how to use the implemented solutions.
Collaborate with in-house AV designers and engineers from manufacturers like Samsung, BOSE, Crestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, etc., to implement fully integrated solutions for various venues such as meeting rooms, lecture rooms, experience centers, command centers, auditoriums, and ballrooms.
Study schematic drawings to understand the technical and functional requirements for implementing each solution.
Assist in after-sales services.
Education Qualification:
ITE/Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual.
Optional Certifications:
Crestron CTI-P101, CTI-P201, Extron Control Professional (ECP), Extron Authorized Programmer (EAP).
Kramer Control System Designer (301), Kramer Control System Programmer (302).
Dante Level 1 & 2, Cisco CCNT, CCNA.
Experience:
Mandatory:
Minimum 2 years of experience in system configuration, testing, and commissioning for audio visual solutions.
Experience in Crestron, Extron, AMX, and Kramer automation programming.
Good to Have:
Experience in DSP programming.
Familiarity with products like videowalls, LED & LCD displays, Digital Sound Processors (DSP), amplifiers, speakers, videoconferencing systems, and audio visual switches.
Experience with renowned AV brands such as Samsung, Crestron, Extron, BOSE, EV, Poly, Cisco, Logitech, etc.
