Automotive Engineering Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Perform weekly report writing for repair update

2. Perform daily morning task briefing with the team on job assignment

3. Coordinate and manage repair referral and job completion

4. Assign bays allocation and resources tasking

5. Plan & monitor repair task sequence and status

6. Support Operations leader on documentation requirements

7. Assist in maintenance, repair, overhaul and servicing (Mechanical)

8. Assist in lubricant replacement, greasing and flushing for system (Hydraulic)

9. Assist in wiring replacement, re-routing of harnesses, cabling repair and system testing (Electrical)

10. Work at height (climbing up and down of vehicles)

11. Maintain 5S/ housekeeping (including sweeping, clearing, and throwing rubbish, washing of parts & vehicles)

Job Requirements:

1. Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechatronics)

2. Strong team player.

3. Ability to lead a team effectively.
