Audit Manager

Position: Audit Manager
Location: Tampines
Salary: Up to $9800

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute audit plans for Singapore and regional operations.
• Lead internal audit teams and oversee multiple projects.
• Assess risk management, governance, and compliance practices.
• Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic advice to management on risk and controls.
• Present audit findings to executives and Audit Committees.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulators.
• Provide training and mentorship to internal audit teams.
• Lead investigations when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of Internal Audit and/or Finance experience.
• At least 3 years in external audit.
• Min Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business.
• Professional certifications (CA, CIA, CISA) will be advantageous.
• Experience in retail or commercial sectors will be advantageous.
• Strong leadership, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel up to 25% within Asia.
