Audio-Visual Pre-sales specialist [AV/CCTV Focus]

Job description

Job Summary:

• Basic $4000 - $6000 + Phone Allowance $60 + OT + Performance bonus

• Monday to Friday ; 9am - 6pm

• Working location at East region ; Need to travel islandwide to client site (when required)

Job Scope:

• Lead pre-sales demonstrations, follow up on leads, and manage business partnerships.

• Prepare sales reports, ensure stock availability, and handle customer complaints.

• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and resellers to negotiate pricing and coordinate orders.

• Manage project execution, including procurement, planning, and installation of AV systems.

• Perform on-site setup, troubleshooting, and repairs for AV equipment and systems.

• Provide client support, troubleshooting, and training before and after project execution.

• Ensure timely completion of project testing, configuration, and billing coordination with finance.

Requirements:

• Min two (2) years of AV experience, proficient in video conferencing and broadcasting systems.

• Diploma in Audio Visual Technology, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, IT, or Computer Engineering

• Negotiation skills would be an advantage.
