Salary: Basic $3,500 - $4,200
Responsibilities:
Implementation Support / Operations
Provide comprehensive support for the installation and operation of audio-visual, video conferencing, display, and presentation technologies on the client’s premises.
Assist with internal and external events by offering technical support.
Perform routine equipment testing to diagnose, log, and report operational faults.
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal system and equipment downtime.
Complete and submit required paperwork promptly and accurately.
Support in-house video conferencing technology.
Clean and maintain audio and video equipment, ensuring proper storage.
Diagnose, test, and resolve issues with A/V equipment and media systems as part of a scheduled preventive maintenance program.
Operate and monitor equipment during meetings, including sound levels, remote cameras, video playback, and webcasting.
Maintenance
Conduct regular preventative room checks to ensure all equipment operates correctly according to established procedures.
Maintain equipment usage records (when applicable) and perform minor adjustments and repairs as needed.
Raise tickets for faults and coordinate with relevant parties for repairs of malfunctioning equipment.
Proactively maintain and report on AV equipment to ensure it meets high standards and is functioning correctly.
Assist with first-line fault repairs.
Carry out scheduled maintenance checks (room checks/power downs) and prepare technical reports based on test results.
Requirements:
Self-motivated and proactive.
Ideally, at least 2 years of experience in operating, engineering, or installing AV systems, with a strong understanding of audio, video, and networking fundamentals.
Preferred industry certifications: Microsoft Teams, Crestron, Shure, Sennheiser, QSC.
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.

Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent is required.
