Responsible to Biz. Development Manager (Marketing Manager or Management), you are required to support setting up operating goals to achieve the target set-forth by the company.
Sales Executives are required to assist Biz. Dev. Manager/Sales Director in maintaining existing customers, developing new customers and contract negotiations.
Identify and develop business opportunities by conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations in Sales & Marketing activities and exhibitions.
Liaise with R&D personnel to enhance presentations on new features for new and existing products whenever enabled by new technologies.
Liaise with factories for production forecasts, quality, delivery, engineering issues and pricing to support sales goals and align with company strategic and operational direction.
Negotiate and ensure timely responses to follow up on customers’ enquiries, generating quotations, and providing after sales support and services.
Administrative activities on planning & budgeting for exhibition/tradeshow and advertisement needs for brand development.
Provide accurate weekly and monthly Sales Activities reports, Sales Projection/forecast reports, and Quarterly Sales Reports to the divisional sales manager.
Subject to management’s approval, propose plans to visit existing and new customers to resolve issues, increase sales orders, negotiate prices, or understand market conditions, customer expectations, and feedback.
Other functions and responsibilities not specified herewith but are deemed necessary to achieve the company sales and marketing objectives.
Job Requirement
Sales experience of at least 3 years B2B and B2C in electronics products.
At least possess a diploma in engineering or marketing/business studies.
Expect to travel to U.S., Japan, Europe & the region.
Frequency of Business trip - approx. once every 1-3 months for about one week.
