The Roles
The Perioperative Recovery Office’s (PRO) mission is to achieve early recovery for patients undergoing surgery through the implementation of treatment programmes curated from evidence-based practices. The PRO supports the hospital in the planning, development, and management of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) implementation programmes.
You will provide operations and administrative support to the PRO in managing the delivery of hospital-defined strategic goals and initiatives on clinical/development services through value-based healthcare management models and oversight of patient workflows. You will also assist in the planning and implementation of programmes or initiatives to align with NHG/TTSH strategic directives to drive surgical and/or elective workload. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will be part of the team to propose strategies and policies and transform operational processes, workflow design, financial assessment, data extraction, and analysis. The role would also include secretariat duties for assigned committees related to the projects undertaken by the PRO.
