Upkeep of showroom in optimal condition, maintenance of display and test-drive vehicles.
Attend customer feedback & propose service recovery actions when required. Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitors information and trends, and to train and share with the sales team.
Provide regular updates and feedback on any operation issues and identify solutions to digitalize and enhance sales processes.
Utilize data analysis to identify key sales metrics and trends to provide actionable insights for the sales team, help optimize sales strategies, identify growth opportunities, and improve overall performance. Coordinate with various internal departments, such as marketing, admin & aftersales on sales events/activities.
Achieve and track penetration rates for key milestones like Finance, Trade-In, and Insurance penetration.
Develop sales campaigns and tools to achieve sales targets, enhance closure rates, and improve customer experience.
Monitor stock inventory, plan for production, and forecast to reduce inventory aging.
Sales forecasting and pipeline management. Attend to customer feedback. Perform all other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
Work with Sales Manager to grow fleet business through engaging current fleet (corporate) clients and procuring new fleet clients.
Coordinate with Marketing Department to do roadshows and events to garner sales opportunities.
Manage and execute sales processes for fleet sales from pricing, sales to vehicle preparation and delivery.
Handle tender enquiries and submission of tender documents.
Manage and assist appointed dealers to comply with corporate identity and grow the brand to achieve targets.
Manage dealer sales processes and compliance with requirements including stock tagging and COE bidding.
Recommend performance-based incentive plans to reward outstanding achievements and provide additional recognition for the sales team's efforts to foster a sense of healthy competition and encourage consistent high performance.
Requirement
Dip/Degree in business management or marketing.
Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in sales operation, preferably in the automotive industry.
Conduct product training for sales consultants, dealers, and customers.
Manage the performance of dealers and recommend renewal of dealerships.
Knowledge of automotive operations.
Good product knowledge and Microsoft Office skills.
5 days a week, Basic + Incentives package, location at Alexandra.
