Oversee a team of payroll executives in Payroll Administration including tax filing and statutory contributions/claims for Group of Companies in SEA region and responsible for payroll processing of a business unit.
Support the annual salary review and bonus exercise including the preparation of letters.
Ensure the effective maintenance of all appropriate records, including HR systems and other databases.
Support in both internal and external reporting requirements including participation in statutory and compensation/benefits surveys etc.
Support the Payroll harmonization initiative for SEA, liaise with end users and HRIS for any system issue.
Review the HR Shared Services process workflow (onboarding, off-boarding and other employee life cycle events) for effective and efficient delivery of quality HR services while enhancing the employee experience.
Cultivate a culture of teamwork within HR Shared Services team and gain trust from other stakeholders.
HR projects as and when assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree (Business Studies / HRM) or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing and HR Shared Services of which at least 3 years in leading team
Experience in handling large headcount
Proficient in Times Payroll Software and/or Workday
Familiar with SEA employment related statutory guidelines
Experience in leading a team
