Collaborate with customers, peers, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Supervise the Customer Service Team, mentoring members to enhance overall performance.
Monitor and achieve customer KPIs and initiatives
Understand and perform trade and customs-related processes.
Lead strategic cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing freight and warehousing processes, as well as digitalisation and workflow improvement initiatives.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements for trade and logistics by liaising with Singapore Customs and officers.
Monitor and evaluate invoicing processes to optimise efficiency and accuracy in Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain management, at least 2 years in people management
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process optimisation.
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications and willingness to learn new technologies.
