Job Description

1. Oversee full spectrum of HR & admin operations.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
3. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
4. Handle work pass applications and payroll processes.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
6. Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor management.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Experience in work pass applications and office admin.
5. Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
