Job Description

  • Oversee full spectrum of HR & admin operations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Handle work pass applications and payroll processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
  • Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor management.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in work pass applications and office admin.
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
