Asst. Executive ( Corporate Communications )

Minimum Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations or related disciplines. An eye for detail with 2 years of relevant experience in Memberships’ Club / Hospitality Management.

YOUR ROLE:

1. Corporate Communications: Support internal and external communication initiatives, including speech writing, banners, posters, notice boards, e-newsletters, LCD panels, brand messaging, and other ad-hoc requirements.
2. Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms. Monitor engagement, track performance, and optimize strategies.
3. Content Creation: Develop compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia content for social media, website, and other corporate materials.
4. Website Management: Update and maintain the company website, ensuring fresh and relevant content. Work closely with the Marketing Team on SEO optimization and smooth functionality.
5. Design Support: Assist in creating visual assets for social media, website, and marketing materials.
6. Liaison: Assist Assistant Manager (Corporate Communications) to liaise with the Publicity & Engagement Committee to get the contents vetted in a timely manner.
7. Collaboration: Assist Assistant Manager (Corporate Communications) to liaise with various departments, suppliers, and external parties to roll out communication plans and club updates & news in a timely fashion.
8. Event Management: Assist in major/ad-hoc club events with duties such as sponsorship arrangements, VIP invitations, promotional materials, drafting speeches, photography, and serving as emcee.

Salary range is about SGD 3500.00.
