Associate VP (Corporate Relationship Management)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cultivate and manage relationships with Singapore and regional corporate clients from mid-tier to large corporates.
• Provide expert financial advice and solutions, including credit facilities, treasury services, and trade finance.
• Cross-sell among product business units and inter-branch.
• Acquire and evaluate new accounts, structure credit facilities, perform credit assessments, cash flow projections, sensitivity analysis, and loan documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 - 8 years of corporate banking relationship management covering large corporates.
• Strong credit skills.
• Prior experience and good client contacts in the Singapore and regional markets.
• Experience in the entire credit process from deal acquisition to conclusion (including documentation).
• Experience in KYC/AML processes.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking products.
