Associate/ Team Lead, Data Science

Your responsibilities

- Designing, implementing, and maintaining data pipelines and models

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights

- Conducting data analysis to provide actionable insights and support decision-making

- Preparing reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders

- Upskilling colleagues with analytics and technology knowledge

- Fostering a culture of data-mindedness within the organization

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- Curious, driven, and detail-oriented

- Strong communication skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

- A strong desire to learn and make a positive impact

- Open to fresh graduates; experienced candidates may be considered for more senior roles

Technical skills:

- Low code analytical tools (e.g. Alteryx, KNIME)

- Programming or scripting (e.g. Python)

- Database

- Business intelligence (e.g. Power BI / Tableau)

- Machine learning; experience with Generative AI will be advantageous

- Knowledge of full-stack development will be advantageous
