As an Associate Supervisor Warehouse, you will be responsible for all warehouse processes, primarily material receipt, storage, issuance, including the transfer of finished goods to the Singapore Replenishment Center (SRC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring processes are executed efficiently, in compliance with procedures and in alignment with GMP requirements.
• Lead a team to effectively manage the receipt, issuance, returns, inventory putaway and disposal of direct materials for production work orders.
• Ensure accurate alignment between ERP material quantities and physical inventory, implementing necessary controls for accurate material tracking and ERP transactions.
• Serve as the primary SAP user for relevant modules, resolving system exceptions, ensuring effective SAP operations, and using data to optimize team performance.
• Track and report monthly KPIs to support site performance management, continuous improvement and financial reporting goals.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with site-specific and global SOPs and work instructions.
• Execute floor operations for efficient physical material control and movement, including necessary ERP transactions.
• Demonstrate a strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance in all activities.
• Drive 5S activities and self-inspection tasks to maintain routine maintenance and ensure audit readiness.
• Ensure proper record management and retention in compliance with site and global requirements.
• Manage warehouse storage capacity, processes, and team performance to meet site annual objectives and long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment (electronics, pharmaceutical, medical device, or chemical industry).
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements and warehouse best practices.
• Experience in material handling, inventory management and ERP systems.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Process improvement mindset and experience with Lean methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
