Emerging Talent Rotation Program

Primary activities/responsibilities

The Emerging Talent Rotation (ETR) program allows recent university graduates a chance to experience different areas of IT over the period of two years. Each individual will be partnered with a buddy, a coach, and an executive mentor who will help with career planning. During the program, participants engage in facility tours, speaker series, social and networking activities, and training/development courses.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • Degree preferably in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Computer Science (or similar)
