We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Associate Social Director to drive the development and execution of social strategies for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape and grow the social impact of top brands from our Singapore office.

Leadership And Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of social specialists in developing and executing comprehensive social strategies.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging open communication and idea sharing.
Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in strategic thinking, creativity, and client service.
Social Strategy And Channel Management
Lead development and implementation of comprehensive social platform strategies across major channels including TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
Collaborate with senior strategists and creative teams to develop client-facing social strategies, including research, strategic briefs, and presentations.
Provide strategic perspective on paid media approach and integration with overall social strategy, working closely with agency partners.
Oversee project management of social content creation, ensuring timely packaging, scheduling, and distribution of content.
Integrate creative strategic vision for client’s business with social channel expertise and insights.
Champion social media strategy internally, fostering collaboration and alignment across agency departments.
Insights & Reporting
Collaborate with internal data analysts and junior social specialists to deliver comprehensive channel reporting, social insights, and actionable recommendations to clients.
Utilize social media listening tools to extract insights and inform ongoing social strategy evolution.
Conduct regular reviews of client competitors to benchmark social activity and broaden understanding of the social landscape.
Qualifications
Min 6 to 8 years of experience in leading social media campaigns and accounts in a social media or content marketing agency environment.
Highly knowledgeable about emerging social trends, tools, and possess extensive hands-on experience across major social media platforms.
Proficient in developing and executing paid campaigns across social media channels, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of targeting, optimization, and performance metrics.
Analytically-minded, with the ability to derive actionable insights from extensive data sets to inform strategic decision-making and campaign optimization.
A strategic and creative thinker, adept at conceptualizing innovative approaches to engage audiences and achieve campaign objectives.
Enthusiastic and well-informed about pop culture, with a sharp eye for identifying relevant trends and anticipating future shifts in consumer behavior.
Resourceful, organized, and self-motivated, with a natural curiosity that drives continuous learning and adaptation to evolving industry landscapes.
