Job description

As an Associate/Senior Associate of HR Shared Services, you will report to the Manager, HR Shared Services.

You will play an important role as part of the HR Transformation Project in driving service excellence, assisting in the delivery and support of efficient internal processes and ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience across the entire employee life cycle. You will support various teams by handling HRSSC-related inquiries and providing timely assistance. Additionally, you will collaborate with different departments and contribute to improving overall employee satisfaction with HR services.

Responsibilities

  • Support the immediate manager on other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Support in new Manpower Budgeting System Implementation
  • Gather business requirements for budgeting process and translating them to functional requirements
  • Create detailed workflow, defining roles and responsibilities between HR/Finance/ Business Units (BU) Heads
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency and usability in Business Planning and Consolidation System
  • Coordinate and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration and testing to ensure smooth implementation
  • Detailed guides on process workflow and documentation of configurations
  • Develop User Guide for the Business Planning Process
  • Support in HR Shared Services Projects and full employee life cycle processes
  • Manage work permit including, new registrations, transfers and purchasing of security bonds

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource
  • 4 - 5 years of relevant HR experience

  • Meticulous and strong attention to details, strong HR operational background and broad knowledge of HR good practices, policies and procedures to ensure excellence in HR delivery
  • Good knowledge and understanding of local employment laws
  • Good problem solving, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong in Google Workspace collaborative tools and Excel
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Take initiative to propose solution on work issues
  • Proactive approach and flexibility to support team and colleagues when needed
  • Experience in HR Shared Services environment and SuccessFactors system is an added advantage
