As a Recruitment Consultant, you will join one of our dynamic teams, specializing in recruitment within the Technology sector. This is a fast-paced and well-established environment, providing you with the opportunity to engage with a client base from day one.
Key responsibilities include:
Candidates
Identifying suitable candidates via networking, referrals and advertising.
Providing market advice to candidates in order to assist in career guidance.
Supporting candidates during their interview process with clients.
Keeping in constant touch with candidates to ensure a continued understanding of their latest career aspirations.
Clients:
Work alongside a team of skilled Recruitment Consultants to place professionals across various industries.
Source candidates through cold calling, headhunting, online channels (LinkedIn, job boards), job ads, and databases.
Proactively gather valuable market insights by engaging with industry professionals.
Shadow senior colleagues to learn about the recruitment process.
Understand and provide advice on the resourcing needs of our clients.
Stay informed on the latest industry trends and offer market intelligence to clients.
Manage the recruitment process with clients, including identifying suitable candidates, providing interview feedback, and negotiating offers.
Key Requirements:
A solid university degree, preferably in a field related to your area of specialization.
Possesses a strong ability to conduct research and market mapping while managing multiple tasks and deadlines, making effective time management essential to stay organized and achieve objectives.
Strong business acumen to develop and execute effective business strategies.
Proficiency in sourcing and gathering relevant information about potential clients or candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, industry websites).
Excellent communication skills to confidently and clearly engage with people, especially when cold calling.
Strong networking abilities to build a robust network of industry contacts, including both potential candidates and client leads.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to handle challenging placements or client requirements.
