Successful candidates should be actively engaged in landscape architectural research and design, including but not limited to geospatial analysis, landscape representation, urbanism, ecology, infrastructure, and landscape engineering. They should have interests in developing interdisciplinary research addressing pressing environmental, urban, and social challenges in Asia.
Successful candidates are expected to contribute to landscape design studios for undergraduate and postgraduate students, and core modules related to geodesign, ecological and environmental systems, landscape policy and planning, landscape representation, and materials or site engineering. Depending on the rank, candidates may also be considered for leadership roles within the Bachelor or Master of Landscape Architecture programmes. Senior rank candidates with outstanding research profiles and high international standing may be directly hired as tenured faculty.
