Job Responsibilities:

1. Strategic
   • Prepare credit reviews, credit applications, waiver requests, and borrower ratings in accordance with the Bank’s internal guidelines and credit appetite.
   • Identify risks, monitor borrower status, and report on project conditions.
   • Manage overall risk profile and recommend changes to mitigate risks.
   • Support refinancing and potential work-out transactions.
   • Assist in negotiating waiver terms and amendments.
   • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports related to the portfolio.
   • Coordinate internal and external audits or regulatory inspections.
   • Support the HOD in operations and administrative duties.
   • Adhere to company policies and guidelines.
   • Maintain and update local credit policies.
   • Identify industry trends that impact the portfolio.
   • Support AFD team on operational matters relating to origination execution of deals.
2. Financial
   • Support timely process improvement initiatives for the Team.
3. Customer
   • Deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
   • Liaise with customers, agents, and regulators to ensure timely performance.
   • Work in partnership with various internal teams to support transaction responsibilities.
4. People
   • Liaise with various departments and collaborate with GAFO as a global aviation team.
5. Other/Control
   • Comply with relevant MAS regulations and MUFG group policies.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in credit analysis or credit risk.
• Experience in lending and repayment schedules.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Degree qualified.
• Experience in reviewing and preparing credit application recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Proactive and resourceful team player.
• Good understanding of banking products and risks.
• Familiarity with financing documentation and legal considerations.
• In-depth sector knowledge in aviation financing is an advantage.
