Job Title: Quality & Risk Management

Our department is responsible for disseminating information on legislation and regulations, as well as managing risk in a challenging environment. The successful candidate will be part of the Engagement Acceptance team, ensuring compliance with client and engagement acceptance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the Risk Management team to serve internal stakeholders.
• Familiarize yourself with KPMG's global risk management requirements and administer processes to maintain compliance.
• Support organizational compliance in the client and engagement on-boarding process.
• Familiarize yourself with our data architecture, perform data-mining, and establish a firm understanding of business processes and monitor risk controls.
• Maintain, monitor, and update risk management systems and platforms.
• Execute controls and monitoring procedures.
• Support the enhancement and streamlining of risk procedures, applying innovative techniques to enable technology and automation solutions to increase efficiencies in business processes.
• Oversee and lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and according to specifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit (external/internal) or a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick-witted, patient, and conscientious.
• Good interpersonal and team working skills.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum
