Associate Manager, Offering Development

The successful candidate will work within the Southeast Asia Data & Information team with two key areas of responsibilities - servicing regional clients on Information Solutions offerings and translating feedback from these engagements into meaningful enhancements for our solutions. Successfully achieving these objectives will require the candidate to work well with both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop an in-depth understanding of IQVIA Information Services across Southeast Asia
2. Provide Information Solutions subject matter support to Key Account Managers during client engagements
3. Translate customer feedback and market needs from client engagements to offering development initiatives
4. Work with internal stakeholders to drive new initiatives and offering enhancements to the Information Solutions portfolio
5. Support the Information Solutions portfolio planning with analytical support

Requirements

1. Min 2 – 3 years of prior relevant experience; preferably in data/analytics and/or B2B client servicing role
2. Bachelor’s degree with a major in Life Sciences, Business Management, or related field
3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and comfortable working with data
4. Able to manage both internal and external stakeholders
5. Multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple issues at one time
6. Strong business acumen; preferably with knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry
7. Strong command of English; bonus if the candidate has a good command of Chinese
8. Proficiency in PC applications (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint), bonus if the candidate has an understanding of AI/ML applications
