Job description

As an Associate of HR Shared Services, you will report to the Manager, HR Shared Services.

In this role, you will play an important role as part of the HR Shared Services in driving service excellence, handling HRSSC related inquiries and providing timely assistance to staff on operational matters. You will also participate in HR Initiatives to streamline and drive efficiency across the various work areas within the Shared Services function.

Additionally, you will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Singapore Nursing Board, employee onboarding and offboarding experiences, insurance claims and HR Admin. You will perform HR-related duties at the professional level while supporting more than one functional group:

  • Manage end to end Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) process including working with employment agencies, registration/annual license renewal and liaising with Business Units.
  • Manage timely submission of WICA reports to MOM. Liaise with employees on WICA related documents for submissions to insurance and reimbursement from insurance.
  • Manage Onboarding and Offboarding process.
  • Support HR administrative activities, projects and initiatives.
  • Verify medical and specialist claims.
  • Attend to staff related inquiries.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource.
  • Min. 2 years' experience specializing in Human Resource.
  • Experience in HR Shared Services environment and SuccessFactors system is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Good problem solving, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong in Google Workspace collaborative tools and Excel.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Take initiative to propose solution on work issues.
  • Proactive approach and flexibility to support team and colleagues when needed.
