Associate – Funds & Corporate (Singapore)

A leading offshore law firm is seeking a talented Funds & Corporate Associate to join its growing team in Singapore. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands law-related matters, including corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, and investment fund structures. The successful candidate will provide expert legal support on complex cross-border transactions, working alongside an internationally recognised team in a dynamic and commercial environment.

Applicants should be qualified in England & Wales with 3-5 years' PQE and possess experience in corporate or M&A law from a top-tier international law firm. A strong technical background, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills are essential, while prior experience in Singapore or other Asian jurisdictions is advantageous, but not required.
