Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the department including typing, faxing, photocopying, and distributing mail or documents.
Attend to all administrative and personnel matters in the department such as maintaining records of recruitment, resignations, coordinating interview sessions with HR and interviewers, conducting competency test invigilation, preparing sponsorship letters, scheduling staff engagement sessions, and raising payment requests.
Prepare the department's monthly reports and ensure data is up to date.
Handle office supplies, procurement, and vendor management.
Support the execution of campaigns, workshops, and other initiatives.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
