Job Description Summary

INTERNATIONAL (Japan, Southeast Asia, Korea, ANZ, South Asia, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin Americas) is a key growth region for GE HealthCare (~40% of global sales). Given the region’s growth ambitions, we are hiring an Associate (5 to 6 months periods) to support activities in our internal digital transformation initiatives and work directly with the Enterprise Solutions (ES) team.

The primary focus of the role will be on Enterprise Accounts (e.g., Key Government Accounts, multi-lateral development financial institutions, pan-regional private chain hospitals, etc.).

On a day-to-day basis, you will work directly with the Enterprise Account Management Director and Advisory & Adoption Delivery Principal to complete deliverables on project 1 and project 2 below.

Job Description

Project 1: Development of Comprehensive International Account Plans (project duration 16 to 20 weeks)

Objective:
To create 50 comprehensive international account plans by identifying key stakeholders, mapping Salesforce hierarchy, and providing strategic overviews for each account. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.

Scope of Work:

  • You will be responsible for creating the 50 priorities international account plans, gathering data on market presence, product usage, relationships, and growth potential, as defined by the ES leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the ES leadership and sales teams to map Salesforce hierarchy for each account, ensuring that the account structures align with company reporting standards and optimize the sales pipeline. A standardized template will be created for consistency across all account plans, and the findings, strategies, and stakeholder mappings will be documented in the designated format.
  • Compile a final report summarizing key insights and recommendations for each account.

Project 2: Development of Knowledge Management Structure for Advisory Services (project duration 4 to 8 weeks)

Objective:
To establish a knowledge management framework for the Advisory & Adoption Delivery team, coordinate the first phase of content, and communicate it to key stakeholders.

Scope of Work:

  • You will be responsible for establishing a central repository for all playbooks, templates, tools, and case studies on the online platform.
  • Build and execute engagement plans with key stakeholders, including the Advisory team, MarComms, country and zone teams, and the wider Enterprise Solutions team.

Outcome of Both Projects:

  • Project 1: Clear strategic account management plans that enhance the company’s growth and relationship-building efforts.
  • Project 2: A structured knowledge management system improving efficiency, reducing duplication, and supporting the training of resources and external associates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in consulting or related field.
  • Strong analytical and process skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Experience with PowerBI and willingness to learn.
  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
