Make an Impact by

1. Providing 24/7 shift support for Satellite Operations.
2. Providing Level 1 support for Maritime, Fixed, Starlink and other value-added satellite services.
3. Monitoring the Infra devices that include core routers, UPS, and M&C alarm for Antenna.
4. Effectively following the incident management process using the SMoD queue ticketing system.
5. Co-ordinating the installation, commissioning and testing of the Satellite services with vendor/SI.

Skills for Success

1. A good diploma in Satellite Communications Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Infocomm from a recognized institution.
2. Applicants without the necessary qualifications but with relevant experience and skillset will also be considered.
3. Knowledge in satellite communications is preferred.
4. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and adapt to a dynamic environment.
5. Operational readiness in a 24 X 7 environment.
6. Ability to perform 12-hour shift operations.
