Make an Impact by:

1. Supporting internal and external audit preparations and BCP/DR exercises for datacom networking equipment, servers, and systems.
2. Supporting system and security patches, updates for datacom networking equipment, servers, and systems.
3. Managing security-related deployments including endpoint detection response, network detection response, multi-factor authentication, etc. to support Fixed Voice services.
4. Supporting daily security-related alerts for updates to the NSOC team.
5. Supporting VAPT for datacom equipment and assessing VA results on a periodic basis.
6. Communicating with key stakeholders to gather information on existing workflow and processes to streamline and optimize further. This includes activities such as creating custom tools or scripts to simplify daily key tasks and prioritize those that will have a significant impact, especially on the provisioning, billing, reliability, and security (including audit) of the services offered to both consumer and enterprise customers.
7. Working with multiple databases and datasets from OSS and BSS systems to analyze and unify the key technical information of the provisioned services to make it readily accessible for different teams, especially for CII platforms to quickly identify and troubleshoot issues, if any, to comply with regulatory and customer service SLA.
8. Simplifying work processes and being able to analyze datasets to optimize operational workflows.
9. Being a team player with attention to detail preferred.
10. Working on all other tasks required by the supervisor.

Skills for Success:

1. Diploma in Computer/Electrical Engineering or IT, and related engineering disciplines.
2. 2 years of relevant working experience.
3. Experience with telco or networking duties.
4. Proficient in programming (Python is preferred), scripting, RPA, and Power Apps automation related skills.
5. Effective communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills.
