Associate Director/Senior Manager/Manager – Quality Control

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements
• Design and implement quality management policies and procedures
• Evaluate system of quality management control through firm-level and engagement-level reviews and document defects and/or recommendations for improvement
• Participate in technical projects and consultations
• Direct use and provide training on the firm-tailored auditing tool
• Train personnel about professional standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or related discipline with professional qualification
• 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in public accounting firm or equivalent
• Excellent understanding of accounting, auditing and regulatory requirements
• Strong interest and passion in professional standards and quality management
• Good project and people management and communication skills
