Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Cargo & Logistics in implementing the regional strategy for Cargo & Logistics in Asia
Manage and retain key Cargo & Logistics accounts in the region
Collaborate with Aon retail teams to enhance broking strategies for clients
Ensure uniformity in Cargo & Logistics processes and participate in prospecting activities
Assist in handling quotations and tenders in the region
Contribute to the technical center of excellence for Cargo & Logistics by training colleagues and identifying opportunities for cross-selling
Provide support in Cargo & Logistics claims advocacy across the region
Develop relationships with colleagues, insurers, and reinsurers to create leads in an Aon United manner
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational procedures
Skills and Experience:
Demonstrated experience in applying technical expertise in Cargo and/or Logistics insurance
Qualifications in maritime and/or insurance are preferred
Proven track record in the marine insurance market, especially in Asia
Experience with international corporate clients in complex commercial environments, preferably in Asia
Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and willingness to travel within the region
Dedication to delivering excellent client value through service and innovation
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
