Your work will include:
- Gathering and analyzing hard data related to workplace trends, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness, process optimization.
- Gathering and analyzing soft data through leadership interviews, focus groups, and workshops.
- Synthesizing the data you have collected, documenting your analysis, formulating hypotheses, and developing robust options for peer review for eventual submission to the client.
- Documenting your analysis clearly and concisely (typically in PowerPoint-style reports).
- Presenting and defending your analysis to the client and facilitating decision-making.
To accomplish this work you will need to have:
- Comfort in joining and being part of a dynamic team.
- Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.
- Interest in the physical, cultural, and sociological aspects of the work environment and employee experience.
- Confidence in your ability to analyze client challenges and propose robustly reasoned options.
Excellent communication skills across the spectrum of:
- Verbal English.
- Written English.
- Graphic communications skills (esp.: PowerPoint).
- Good quantitative analysis skills (esp. Excel).
- Good creative skills.
Good human-centered design skills, including:
- Developing workshops.
- Comfort facilitating workshops.

- Comfort discussing matters with senior leaders.
- Developing personas, user journeys, service blueprints.
- Reasonable programme management skills.
- Good team-player skills.
- Enjoy contributing to team initiatives such as knowledge-sharing.
Your academic achievements may encompass:
- Business, Finance, or Economics.
- Architecture, Interior Design, or another creative discipline.
- Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Development.
