We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Associate Director, Business Intelligence & Research to join a global leader in innovative healthcare solutions. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping data-driven strategies across the APAC region, driving growth and delivering impactful insights that support business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
Design and execute research projects to gather insights on consumer behaviour, preferences, and unmet needs.
Develop and manage surveys, focus groups, and other data collection methods to ensure accurate and reliable inputs.
Analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insights that inform business strategies.
Create clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Stay ahead of industry shifts and emerging trends, providing forward-looking recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align insights with business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience in developing and managing market intelligence strategies in mid-large organizations.
Over 10 years of experience in market research within Consumer Healthcare, Aesthetics, or FMCG industries across international/multicultural markets.
Deep understanding of the competitive landscape with the ability to contribute fresh ideas strategically and operationally.
Experience working with research agencies is a plus.
Strong analytical skills to simplify and communicate complex data into actionable insights.
Willingness to travel minimally when required.
