Associate Director

TalentWeb is looking to speak with experienced Structural Engineers for an Associate Director opportunity based in Singapore for one of our Australian clients.

Our client is an Australian headquartered civil, structural, facade and temporary works engineering consultancy with the bulk of their project work coming from their high-profile building structures team. You'll work on complex public domain, residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

1. Lead the local engineering and drafting team, currently sitting at 7 full-time engineers and drafters, whilst collaborating with the Australian offices when the opportunities arise;
2. Manage major projects that are being delivered by the Singapore team, ensuring projects are being delivered within commercial agreements, quality and time frames to ensure client satisfaction.
3. Generating revenue by leveraging off of the existing client base as well as your own local network. The Associate Director will take a key role in business development, including preparing fees, tenders and engaging in client engagement activities.

To be successful in your application we seek candidates with the following skillset:

1. 10 + years' local experience in Singapore as a Structural Engineer;
2. A demonstrable track record in winning business and revenue generation;
3. Previous experience leading structural engineering teams;
4. Chartered Engineer accreditation;
