Overview

We are looking for an Associate Creative Director for Publicis Singapore. Creative with a strong background in art direction to lead our integrated accounts, with a particular focus on big ideas and visual craft, especially in the areas of lifestyle and food. The Associate Creative Director will be responsible for driving cohesive, visually compelling campaigns across multiple channels, and upskilling the creative team in the areas of visual execution and production.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Integrated Campaign Direction: Lead the visual development of integrated campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social, broadcast), creating cohesive and compelling visual narratives that drive brand objectives.
  2. Mentorship & Development: Cultivate and mentor a team of designers, art directors, and visual creatives, fostering a culture of craftsmanship, innovation, and creative excellence.
  3. Innovating production: Assess and implement more efficient ways of production, utilising industry networks and emerging technology to excellence in delivery.
  4. Quality Control: Oversee the quality and consistency of all visual output, ensuring that every design element reflects the brand’s identity and enhances the overall campaign narrative.

Qualifications

  • You have about 10-12 years of work experience and a book brimming with brave ideas that have made an impact, big or small, on the world we live in.
  • You’re a keen student of life, open and curious, always learning.
  • As a communicator, every surface, every channel, every medium, social or otherwise, is your canvas. You’re just where people are.
  • You’ve won a few of the awards that matter. Winning isn’t everything, but excellence is.
  • Strong grasp of social media space and online media jargon and technology.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines.
  • Understands and uses the latest in computer design software.
  • After hours work and overnight traveling to shoots and post sessions required.
  • Naturally well organized and unfazed when working towards deadlines.
