Job description

As an Associate, CEO Office, you will work closely with experienced managers, primarily supporting the operations of the company’s business jet, assisting group sanctions screening, and handling various tasks assigned by the CEO. This dynamic role offers you the opportunity to be directly involved in critical aspects of the business.

Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to

  • Proper maintenance of flights schedule on internal database.
  • Allocation of flights and flying hours for crews and rostering.
  • Manage and coordinate crews training schedules.
  • Allocation of crews leave and rest, including maintenance of crews leave records and facilitating leave application.
  • Review aircraft monthly management account and yearly budget prepared by Finance team.
  • Work closely with different stakeholders, e.g. Crews, Family Offices, and Aviation Services to ensure seamless trip operation, including coordination of bookings, logistics and special arrangements.
  • Review of invoices for goods and services received.
  • Handling end-to-end recruitment activities for crews.
  • Working with Fleet Technical Manager and CEO Office Managers to review aviation contracts, and assist in document preparation, maintaining contract in internal database.
  • Gather inputs and propose changes for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in screening counterparties for international sanctions compliance with internal stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as required including involvement in various projects as assigned in the CEO Office.

Our Ideal Candidates

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Operations Management or other relevant disciplines.
  • Some operational and planning work experience and knowledge in airline business and crewing will be advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player with strong organization, people handling skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of efficiently managing multiple high-priority tasks in fast-paced environments.
  • Planning and operational skills.
  • Basic financial statement reading skills will be advantage.
