Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and motivated “Associate Business Development Manager” to join our team and drive sales growth within the AV Industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a passion for the AV Industry, and a proven ability to lead a sales team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and securing new clients and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry professionals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the AV industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales staff.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the AV industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
