Job Description
Support day-to-day product management of Alternative Deposits products (SRS and CPFIA).
Assist with product enquiries issue resolution as well as responding to regulatory requests.
Research and collate data insights for reporting (spreadsheets and slides).
Help execute campaigns to grow base and balances and analyse outcomes.
Support industry-wide projects which involve raising and managing requests, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and applying product knowledge for successful implementation/delivery. This includes working with regulators (MOF, IRAS, CPFB, MAS) and other FIs to operationalise the SRS product provider onboarding framework.
Support internal technology projects including but not limited to system replatform as the product owner.
Support collaboration with Financial Planning and investment teams to drive investment consumption and monetisation of base.
Review and suggest improvements on existing customer journeys through digital initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Minimum 1 - 3 years of relevant product support management experience gained from the banking and finance sector.
Take initiative in learning and demonstrate a positive attitude.
Result-oriented and self-motivated.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to sustain effective relations internally and externally at all levels.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Must be able to work independently.
Detail-oriented team player with strong planning and problem-solving skills.
