Job description

Responsibilities:
Partner with front office Trading & Sales Desks in T&M to offer end to end support and control in activities around driving new business requirements, implementing workflows and controls and transforming and digitalising existing processes.
Work with traders, sales and structurers and coordinate with support units (technology, audit, legal, compliance, risk) to roll out regulatory requirements and best practices in the industry.
Drive implementation or improvement to front office processes to ensure compliance with internal policies & regulatory requirements.
Manage/support desk support related control functions.
Support room-wide processes - weekly/monthly P&L sell-down, funding, deal booking and management, trading systems access reviews, etc.
Participate in ad-hoc working groups or new initiatives.
Drive and be part of the automation and digitalisation initiatives.
Requirements:
Understanding and experience in Global Markets businesses from either a front office (Trader, Sales, Structurer, Quant) or support perspective (Product Control, Middle Office, Operations, Risk, Audit, etc.) would be beneficial.
Product knowledge of FICC products especially Bonds, Equities, FX and their derivatives is very much desirable.
Good verbal and written communications and comfortable with presentations.
Collaborative personality that reflects energy and enthusiasm, and an ability to work with different personalities and stakeholders across front office and support partners.
Independent self-starter with sound organisational skills and ability to be disciplined with planning and delivering deadlines.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Tableau/Qlikview will be added advantage.
