Role: BUSINESS PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING CONSULTANT

Responsibilities

1. Determine and document current business processes to identify and understand the users’ needs.
2. Collect data to identify the root cause of the organisation’s problems.
3. Analyze, plan and implement operational process improvements to improve the organisation’s information systems and product quality.
4. Develop metrics to provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement.
