What You'll Do
As a Wholesales Manager, your primary role will be to achieve profitable and sustainable market growth within assigned Business Accounts and Key Accounts. You will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with key customer decision-makers, making our client their preferred partner. Your ability to apply effective sales strategies, policies, and best practices will be crucial in growing assigned accounts and business segments. You will also ensure a reliable and efficient supply of products to customers while responding effectively to their needs & requests. Your proactive approach in pursuing additional business opportunities within the accounts will be highly valued.
- Establish strong relationships with key customer decision-makers
- Apply sales strategies, policies, and best practices to grow assigned accounts and business segments
- Negotiate trade terms for both parties ensuring a win-win situation
- Ensure reliable and efficient supply of products to customers
- Respond effectively to customers' needs & requests while minimizing customer complaints
- Pursue additional business opportunities within the accounts
- Represent the assigned field and key account towards all functions and manage all interfaces
- Develop the business and key accounts strategies
- Monitor the sell-through and the order book as well as reliable and cost-efficient supply for the business and key accounts
What You Bring
The ideal candidate for the Wholesales Manager position brings a wealth of experience in Sales or Key Account Management, preferably within the Apparel/Fashion/Footwear. Your ability to influence others, manage projects effectively, present confidently, develop relationships, manage key accounts/brands, and analyse data will be essential in this role. Experience in leading a team member or exposure to onboarding new team members would be advantageous. Additionally, having experience in e-commerce operations/digital merchandising would be beneficial as it is considered the future marketplace of consumers.
